30 Day Limited Warranty

JML Technologies, LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on all repair work provided following the return of the computer to the client. If a failure occurs during the warranty period, service for the original problem only will be provided free of charge. JML Technologies, LLC is not responsible for and cannot warrant or guarantee any parts or hardware that you have purchased through us. The manufacturer or third party reseller will warrant these purchases. Your invoice number also doubles as your warranty number for JML Technologies, LLC. You may be required to produce a copy of the original invoice when requesting warranty service. All services with the exception of virus removal, spyware, adware, or malware are covered under this warranty.

 


The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • This warranty extends only to repairs provided by JML Technologies, LLC.
  • This warranty covers only normal use of the computer. JML Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for repairs to the original issue under this warranty if any damage or defect results from
    • misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation;
    • disasters including flood, fire, lightning or improper electrical current;
    • service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized JML Technologies, LLC representative.
  • Damage incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from viruses or spyware, overclocking, or other non-recommended practices immediately void the JML Technologies, LLC warranty.
  • JML Technologies, LLC accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to JML Technologies, LLC.
  • JML Technologies, LLC makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding software.
  • If a recommendation from a JML Technologies, LLC technician is not followed and your computer does not function properly after any service, JML Technologies, LLC may not be held responsible. A service that is performed against a JML Technologies, LLC technician recommendation is not covered by JML Technologies, LLC warranty and JML Technologies, LLC is not responsible for the results of any service performed against said recommendations.
